check ur hardware ram reinsert all devices,processor fan not attach properly or problem in fan

You can check the methods suggested by others.
Here i am suggesting you one more point to be checked, generally it happens if the cpu have dust.Unplug all the cables from the motherboard and wash out dust and replug all the cables. then check.
Hope this will help you....

check your CPU cooling fax. it may not be rotating at normal speed. if the cpu cooling fax does not speed normally the your susyem will boot frequently.

if your system is booting but when windows logon window comes it starts rebooting.
the your AGP card drivers are currept.

Boot your system in safe mode and remaove drivers of agp card.
restart the computer and install the agp drivers.

There is one more possibility go to system properties then advanced-startup and recovery setting uncheck automaticaly restart in systems failure

Most probable cause here maybe old or corrupt drivers or could be a hardware failure too.
To stop the restarts, Right click on the "My Computer" icon go to properties, then go to the Advanced Tab, Then click on Settings button for "Startup and Recovery" and then under "System Failure" remove the Tick mark for "Automatically restart".

Now new time there is a system failure, you will see a blue screen. Check the event viewer for "Savedump" event id 1001 in the system event logs. If you find one then you will be able to see the error code for the blue screen. Please provide that error code.

Check your system for memory dumps (file name: memory.dmp, location: c:\windows).
You can also look for the folder "minidump" under the windows folder. If you find the latest minidump file then send it to me at bestofashutosh@gmail.com. I'll try to find what is causing the restart.

If your system still experiences restarts then you may want to check the power supply or reseat all the cables in the system.
