1>when system start and open login window so
press two times ctrl+alt+del.
user name type administrator.
password filled remains blank.
press enter this is ur administrator account sometimes it it happen called bad system

administrator.

2>open cmd prompt click on start--->run-->cmd
press enter
on cmd prompt type---> net user administrator *
enter type a password for user
confirm your password press enter
without old password u can change or set new password
just same for other account guest or type name
example like ----net user guest *
then same process.
